Peter scowled at her as he fliped himself off the bed with ease. Then I can be able to get away, he thought, noticing that his stomach was sinking. Lucy walked out of her room into his, rubbing her eyes and yawning as Peter hurridly(and slowly at the same time) preform the ceremony. He just wanted to get the hell out of there and away from them. Lucy looked slightly confused and bed ridden. He glanced at his older sister before saying the words he knew would surely set the future. "Do you, Susan, take Caspian..." he let his voice trailed off before asking Caspian the same thing. Hurry up, he thought.

"She'll be comming soon." She told him hoping she spoke truth. Lucy was probably awake and had heard her talking to Peter. She was a bright girl, Susan hoped she would understand that she at least needed to come if Peter did. To her relief the girl did come, confused but actualy there. Now they could start since Edmund was an entire continent away. She had no faith in letting the wedding take any longer. Any moment she expected something, maybe even Lamont himself, to ruin it again. She looked to the lion who sat with his head low in a bow still. Then she looked to Caspian's eyes unable to look away. Now, propably because of sheer joy that caused them to shimmer and sparkle like stars, they were more beautiful then she had ever known them to be. She felt herself wanting to tell him she loved him again, but didn't "I do," Was all she could force herself to say.

Caspian looked into her eyes aswell. And once again, he was mezmorized. Hypnotized. Her eyes glistened with a love that he had never seen before. Not in his parents' eyes ore anyone elses. He wanted to pick her up and spin her in a circle again and laugh, but he couldn't. For the longest time, Peter's voice was inaudable to Caspian, even though he had said the speech very clearly. But Caspian knew how it went. "I do." he answered, waiting for Susan to say the same. Now he really saw that all that decorative wedding stuff didn't matter. Now he saw that the only thing that mattered for a wedding was love, and tradition was just for the paintings. He held her hand tightly, knowing now that he could be happier than he was this morning. And was just that happy. So joyous that he wanted to dance. It would make a complete fool of himself if he did that now, with no music. But there would be a party later for all their friends, and then he would dance with his wife.

Peter finished the ceremony and stormed into the bathroom to get on decent clothing just for the day. He walked out and kicked his door open, perphaps in anger or because he wanted more sleep it was hard to tell. He made his way through the castle in a hurry, feeling tears forming. Dear god, he thought as he fell to his knees. He wanted to feel happy for his sister, happy that she finally have someone to love. But at the same time he couldn't help but to feel angry.
[OOC: sucky post blah. thats what low muse and sleep deprive gets you. i cant think clearly now]

Susan put her hand on the back of his neck drawing him closer to her. She pressed her body against his chest and her free hand rested on his side close to his waist. Peter had forgotten to say for them to kiss before he ran off, but she didn't mind. They were married now, she was his. Nothing else mattered. She could feel herself wanting to do a thousand things from running to singing to just curling up beside him and being his cuddle-bug. Every thought and emotion overloaded as tears began to stream down her face once more. But she was only glad they were not the same tears she shed when her new father-in-law said what he felt he had to say. But her fear of Lamont had left her now, not to return for a long time she hoped.

Caspian kissed her, tears running down his face. They would be together forever now. He put his arms around her waist lovingly, knowing now that no one could ever take her from him. He felt strong and weak at the same time. There was not an ounce of any other emotion inside of him but happiness. Caspian continued to kiss her even as Peter left. Infact, he didn't even realize that his now brother-in-law had left. All that remained in his world was Susan. "I love you." he said, but it sounded like mumbling because he was still kissing her. He didn't feel like pulling away though.

Beneith his lips she smiled as he tried to speak. But she would not say anything of it. yes, there were many things to say, but all she cared about was now. Again, all she wanted was to let this moment last until the end of all days. To let him seperate from her was to return to fear. Her mind never thought of the boy though, never even thought to think of him. She just held their kiss as thoughts of their life together forever would be like. Every morning she would wake in his bed and he would be beside her, sleeping peacefuly. Every night when she slept the last things she would feel and hear was his hands against her shoulders and his voice as he whispered he loved her. And then , as the months passed, she would give birth to his son that rested within her and he would grow to take after his father. And then a daughter would come and she would grow to take after her mother. Child after shild she would bear for him until she could have no more. At last, her life can begin.

Caspian had forgotten that Lucy was still in the room, that is, until he heard her teasing voice. "Don't you two ever come up for air?" she asked. Caspian smiled but didn't break his kiss. He simply pointed to the door, gesturing for her to leave. The child left, smiling, but he was sure that he could feel his little friends eyes spying on them from around the corner.
When his hand came back from pointing to the door, it rested on the baby. He wondered what his child thought of all of this, and if he too was laughing at his father and mother. His heart felt as if someone had let it free from its miseries. That someone was the girl he was kissing. He put a hand on her cheek, wondering which one of them was brave enough to break the kiss. Caspian didn't want it to end, and he was sure that she didn't either. He smiled.

Though she hated it she laughed at her younger sister, her endless joy fueling her laughter, and the kiss was broken. She made up for it, or at least she hoped, by pressing her body as close to hers as she could without hurting their child. Again she pulled the back of his neck closer, but it was not his lips that met with hers but the sweet taste of the skin of his neck. This she did not hold nearly as long as the boy kicked inside her, each move getting stronger. She did not actualy know when she was due, only that there were many monts left. "I love you." She said finaly returning the words he had given her durring the kiss.

"I love you too." he responded, returning her kiss with a kiss of his own to her neck. Then he could take it no longer. He picked her up happily and spun her in a circle. "My wife." he said, enjoying the way the words came from his mouth. He could officially say that now. Caspian sat down at the foot of the bed. What should they do first, now that they were man and wife? Caspian wanted to take her dancing, but would go for whatever it was that she wanted. "What do you want to do now?" he asked her.

She laughed as he spun her again just as he had at the edge of the forest. when he spoke she responded simply with "My husband." The words gave her more comfort than anything she had ever known. And when he sat down she didn't care what could be done later. They were together here and now and they didn't have to change that. For all that she cared they could spend the rest of the day alone in the room with him playing with her hair and kissing her neck and her running her fingers along his perfect body. But her answer was diffrent than what she thought, "Anything." She told him. Though it had never occured to her until she said it she knew what she said was true. She could do anything now with him beside her. Togrther they would lead Narnia into a golden age once more and raise their children to carry on their legacy. She could carry the world behind her, as long as he was there beside her.

He smiled and took her by the hand. "Let's go dancing." he said. Caspian felt as if he could fly right now. As if no gravity could bring down his floating heart. He took a moment to look at her affectionately. His mind raced back to when they had first met after he blew upon the horn for their assistance in the battle against Telmar. He remembered falling in love with her, and then being forced to watch her walk behind those trees and vanish from him for what he thought was forever. Caspian could remember those lonely days, and then at last the joy of seeing her again. His mind flicked through every memory until this point, and he realized that they had never danced together. "Dance with me, pretty girl." he said, taking her other hand in his also and tangling their fingers together. "Please."

Susan smiled at the thought. She hadn't been dancing in a very, very long time. She looed to her stomach wondering if it would like to go. She wondered breifly if the things she did while she carried it would somehow drift into its personality when it got older. She didn't know why she thought of this, but the thought came nonetheless. "I'd like that."

Caspian smiled and stood up again leading the way out of his room. He had completely ignored his father, but actually it wasn't done purposefully. All that existed this day was Susan and himself. No battle practices, no convincing allies, no meetings, no nothing. For the first time in many weeks, today was their vacation. Caspian walked down the stairs, his hand still joined with her's, to the ballroom. It had been a long time since he had danced, but with Susan beside him, he could remember all the steps in his mind.

It had been to long since she had seen dancing, much less do it herself. It was only after she had agreed did she regret her choice not wanting to look like a fool in front of her husband. She wondered if the others in the kingdom would catch word of their marriage and gather to see their first dance as husband and wife. In the ballroom she swallowed hard, taking his hand nervously and trying desperately to remember the dances she had done as queen before not bothering to think that maybe the years and change of culture had changed the dances itself.
