Damian sat atop the old stable, waiting for Lennia. He had promised a duel, and thought that this would be the best location. It was out of the way of regular folke, and there wasn't really anything that they could damage. His eyes glanced all around him, through the grass and into the trees. But he didn't see her yet. The Fire Spirit sighed, and laid flat against the roof, looking up at the sun.

Len silently approached the old stable. It was a great location for the duel. She looked to see Damian on the roof. She glided up with no sound to revile herself. She was wearing pants and a shirt. On her belt held a dagger, that was all she needed for this fight. She used her magic to have a gust of wind blow playfully around Damian.

The light wind was sudden, and seemingly out of nowhere. But it was soft, and the Spirit closed his eyes. Then realization hit him, and he sat up, looking about. "Lennia?" he called out. At first, when he didn't see her, he thought that he was alone. He shivered once, thinking about a ghost, but then he saw the girl. The top of her head he could see from where he sat, but that was it. Slowly, he laid back down against the building, hiding from her. Then he quietly took the form of smoke, and drifted down to the ground and around the corner, then back up into the air to where Len was controling the wind. Damian was quiet, and then, suddenly, leapt at her and transformed. "Gotcha!" he shouted happily.

Len looked around wondering where he went when it hit her that he could become smoke. She sighed trying to figure out where he was. She jumped when he appeared behind her. She started to laugh. "Fine you win that round but you won't be as lucky the next time" She said trying to wriggle from his grasp.

Damian laughed. "We'll see about that." he said, floating back down to the ground. The man laughed again as she squirmed, and let her go. Dami took a moment to glance at her weaponry. A dagger. He tossed his sword to the side and drew his own, waiting for her to draw hers. "Ready when you are." he said, grinning. "First person to pin the other's shoulders down wins."

Len smiled as pulled out her dagger. "Fine, I hope your okay to be beaten by a girl" She teased as she waited for him to move. The one thing she learned about fighting was to let the other attack first.

"Oh, I don't mind being beaten by a woman." he said, smiling slyly. "But I don't plan on losing, just so you know." Damian stepped back, creating space between them. "Ladies first." he said, bowing to his opponent.

Len chuckled. "Wow aren't we being generous today" She said as she watched him. She decided to play around for a bit. She used on of the harder magics she controlled to have roots wrap around his feet. It would make him wary of the ground which could work to her advantage.

Damian looked down quickly and began to sever the roots with his dagger. "Nice." he said, and when he snapped his fingers, a smoke cloud appeared around her head. He was trying to obscure her vision, as he himself became a separate smoke and glided around her. Damian laughed and tickled her sides before pushing her over, but instead of trying to pin her he floated away and became solid again. If he was to pin her, he would have to get the dagger first. He couldn't pin her down if he was merely smoke. He smiled at her, "Your move."

She laughed as he came behind her. She wasn't about to let that happen again. She quickly gained her balance and face him. This time she trapped his feet in ice as water came down upon him. Element two was up. She was going in the order of elements that she knew how to control best. "your turn" She teased.

He shivered and melted the ice, and then became light, hiding in the sun rays. Damian smiled as he flew around her head, pulling at her hair teasingly. "You can't see me!" he shouted delightfully, laughing. This was a strange duel, mostly because he hadn't really attacked yet. He was actually goofing off more than anything else. He drifted down to the ground and tied her bootlaces together. This time though, he stayed as light. He wanted to see what she would do to find him.

Len was temped not to laugh. This wasn't the fight she thought it was going to be. She knelt down to untie her shoes wondering how to get Damian when he was just some entity. She thought for a moment. Tornado for smoke but what for light? What if she bent light, no that wouldn't do anything. She decided to go with the storm. That way it would be dark so a light would show. The clouds grew thick and dark and the rain started to pour making the are look almost like night. She focused her eyes through her air bubble keeping her dry trying to see Damian.

He transformed and drew his dagger again, meeting her blade with his. "Nice setting, I like it." he joked. Damian clashed their blades together. The storm had made him quit his fooling around. Now he would try to pin her, if he could just get that dagger.

She smiled. This time there was no fooling around. He was going to be the one pined to the ground. She had gusts of wind coming from all directions to knock him off balance. Len skipped the fire element since Damian could use it as well. Their blades hit each other. It was kinda strange to have a real fight. She jumped away from on of his attacks right before a huge gust blew past.

Damian squinted a bit through the whirlwind, trying to make out what was Lennia and what was simply leaves off the trees. He stumbled as the wind blew as if Aslan himself had blown it, and staggered back to his feet. Damian threw himself at her, grabbing the handle of her blade and fighting for it.
