Caspian ran back to Katrina, and placed Susan in her arms. It was a last resort, and never would he have done it on regular circumstances. But it was better Katrina's arms than Viafot's, and Katrina had no wand now to bring her pain. "I know you elves run fast." he said. "Faster than most creatures. Even centaurs. Bring her back to the Castle and make sure she's safe. If you so much as pinch her, I swear to God, Katrina-" but he stopped as he heard the hooves behind him. "Just take her there. Now." he finished, and turned to face his brother. Caspian leaped to meet him, Viafot rearing to keep from running the King over. Caspian knew that horses would never intentionally run someone over. They were afraid that they would stumble on the unstable body and break their legs. Even if this wouldn't have been the case for Viafot, he still had first reactions on instinct. Caspian clashed his sword against the centaur's, ducking and dodging blows. Doing this would only save him from a wound, but it was hard to make a slash at Viafot while trying to avoid the sharp end of a sword.

"No!" Susan cried tearing herself from Katrina's arms. She would not let herself run away. And she would not do it in the arms of the woman who hurt her. She went to the ground where her bow lay leftover from the small battle she shared with Viafot, but when she looked around she did not see her arrows. It was as though they were never there. But she knew they were before she was captured. A few feet away she could see one she had fired earlier that Viafot had sliced in half lengthwise with his sword as it came. But they had to be somewhere. She didn't remember them being moved, unless they were destoried while she was uncontious. But why destory the arrows and not the bow? Stupid question. Arrows still had the arrowheads that she could still use as a weapon, even without the bow. But what use was a bow without them. It was no more useful than a stick. But with this stick she would have to manage. She held it tight and ran for Viafot's rear flank as he reared to avoid stepping on Caspian swinging it at him like a club.

"You promised that you'd run, Susan. Now GO!" he shouted at her. She was the most important thing. She was the one who had to escape. Caspian wouldn't let Viafot get to her. He scooped her up and put her back into Katrina's arms. "Go Susan. I love you. But you have to go. Please." Caspian kissed her once before turning to face his charging brother again. He leapt at the centaur's heart with his blade, only to recieve a blow to the nose. It bled, but he didn't think it was broken, though it hurt worse than anything. His vision faded for a few seconds, and when it came again he was on his back, Viafot standing over him with his sword pointed at his chest. "I should kill you now." said the beast. Caspian rolled and stood again. "Kill me then." he snapped challengingly. So long as Viafot focused on the King, Susan was safe. Caspian swung his sword at the man-horse again, stiking his wing.

"No!" She cried again. She had almost forgotten her promise and now that she remembered it she remembered that in making it she knew very well that when the time came for her to leave her resolve would falter. She couldn't run from him. And her decision to stay was strenghtened when she saw him at the monster's mercy. When he raised his sword only to drop it to slay her lover she ran to him crashing his shoulder against his. Her weight was nothing compared to the massive centaur, but it was enough to shift the swords movement to miss his body by mear centimeters. in the instant it would take for Viafot to recover she was beside caspian, pulling his arm away. "How dare you ask me to leave." She said, "We stay and fight together and flee together. If we are divided then it allows one of your other siblings to take me. You're my husband I'm with you, for better or worse."

Caspian's jaw dropped when he saw her. He scooped her up again when she was beside him, running from Viafot. He felt like a chicken in a fox house. "Yes I dare!" Caspian shouted at her. "I cannot flee with you this time, and you cannot fight beside me. If we are divided it allows your safety. Katrina is an elf, she can out run them. You are my wife, we are together forever, but for now you do what I say." he placed her back in Katrina's arms a third time. "Go, Katrina." Caspian said, before Viafot grabbed him by the shoulder and pulled him back into the battle. The King summersaulted over the ground when he was thrown, and scrambled up from the earth. "I love you, Susan. I'll see you at the Castle." he said, and then clashed his blade with Viafot's again, swerving and slicing the thick muscle of the centaur's wrist. He howled in pain, and his eyes went dark in anger. The creature ran at Caspian, sword held high. The King jumped out of the way, and began to do this like a Spanish bullfighter.

"If anything I cannot go with her. If it is not because I don't think she is capeable of protecting me then it is because of what she has already caused. I will not be alone with her for reasons and fears I should not need to explain. I'll go to the castle when this demon is dealt with, on that I can swear. But I won't go." She gripped her bow and ran again at his rear flank. Caspian was on the opposite side of the monster so he would not be able to stop her from fighting.

"But she can't hurt you anymore. I've broken her wand. She has nothing now. And if she so much as looks at you the wrong way she knows that I'll get her back. We had a long arguement on the way up here." he explained. "Now go." But then his wife did something foolish, and his breath stopped. "NO SUSAN!" Caspian yelled in horror, but it was too late. Viafot had kicked her. Anyone knew that going to the back of a wild horse that was very well aware of you meant trouble. The King ran to her side. Why couldn't she have listened to him. And what was worse, it wasn't safe to move her. Not even if she wanted to be moved. If she had a broken bone, or cut organ, or anything like that, it would only make it worse to move her. Viafot stopped fighting for moment to laugh at them. He laughed so hard the ground shook, and the stallion began rolling in disgusting humor. Caspian cradled his wife's head in his arms, and a teardrop fell down his face. He could take pain, whatever form it was. But when she was hurting, it was like he was the werewolf with the silver bullet in his heart.

"I'm alright," She managed to say, though it was weak. It took her a while but her body wasn't screaming in pain and nothing was broken. But only then did his previous words hit her. "You did what? and you still want me to go running off into the forest alone with her. If another one of the demons is waiting, which one of them is bound to since Cotnar's gotten so good at predicting our actions, we'll be beaten for sure. I'm staying and fighting, with or without your approval unless you want to run with me."

"Yep. I punished her for hurting you." he said proudly. "I'll tell you the whole story later." Caspian stroked her face so softly, and another tear fell from his face. "No." he said. "I wouldn't be able to keep up. I have to fight now, and you have to go with Katrina. I'll be back though. I'll be with you at the Castle after I take care of my brother and he's dead and gone. I'll be there." he said, and kissed her lips tenderly. "You have to go Susan. I can't protect you and fight him at the same time. And remember that you carry our baby. You must go to the Castle." he told her, and carefully scooped her up and placed her back in Katrina's arms yet a fourth time. "I love you." he said. "Now be safe and go. I'll be right behind you."
Viafot was stomping his hoof, waiting impatiently. Apparently he didn't understand love either. "Get over here so I can kill you." he roared, and before he could grab Caspian again he was already over there, swinging his sword again.

She wiggled out of her arms again ready to fight this battle however long it would last. "I know what I carry and even if I am afraid to lose it I am trusting that Aslan will protect ut this time. That makes me believe this is a fight I can handle."

Caspian clapped a hand to his forehead and let it slide down his face. Oh he wanted to strangle her right now for being so difficult. "But I can't protect you!" he yelled. "I'm not letting you fight unless I can protect you." She was a distraction aswell so long as she was here, and Viafot knew it. Caspian had half a mind to tie her up again and force her to go with Katy, but he wouldn't. He would never do that to his wife. But she just wouldn't give up! Caspian smiled at her, half showing his annoyance in her persistance, the other half showing his admiration of her. She had been kicked by a horse -no -A centaur, and still stood to fight as if nothing had ever happened. "I love you too honey." he said a little impatiently, dodging the fist of his brother, "But you have to go now. I mean it. Go home Susan. Now."

"I love you more," She told him wishing she could reach out and touch him, but again Viafot had seperated them. "I know that you are afraid, but I simply cannot leave and do nothing as you fight. I may not be the strongest of warriors without my arrows, but I can still fight. I have to and I will." With the bow as her only weapon she ran again and jumped as she neared the centaur splintering his skull with the strong wood. He roared and beat his wings as she struck him, lifting him off the forest floor. When he was not far away she looked back to Caspian with her tounge out. "See, I can do something too." But of course she looked away and did not see it dive from the clouds.

(Maybe I'm just tired, but I found that really confusing at the end)
Caspian threw himself at her, bringing Susan to the ground but out of harms way of the diving centaur. He helped her to her feet and brushed all the dirt off of her, and then stood infront of her, guarding her incase the centaur should rise again.

"Sorry," She apologized and looked away. She messed up. Not the best way for her to convince him it was a good idea for her to stay with him. But she didn't care how many times she messed up. So long as her and her child were still alive she would keep fighting.
((OOC: I was tired so it may have been confusing))

"That's it." Caspian said, picking her up again. He placed her in Katrina's arms -he had lost count of how many times this had been. Then he took Katy's arms and wrapped them around Susan and brought her hands together like a lock. "Don't let her go." Caspian said. "Take her back to the Castle." He gave Susan one last kiss, slipping his tongue between her lips. "I love you more. Now go." and he was forced to go off and fight again.
