Sevona screamed. The fear was consuming her like nothing she had ever felt before. This griffin would pay even if she died in the process the griffin would lose her friend Nicole. "Cona sevan tina sotu!" Sevona muttered her last spell ever. She slipped from the griffin's clutch the spell making sure nothing could touch her till she hit the water. A few meters away she let Nicole slip up unconcious as they fell into the river.

Annabelle screamed in her mind and soared downward, chasing after the child. She tried to grasp her but couldn't because of whatever dark magic the demon had spoken. At last Anna grabbed the back of her shirt after Nicole fell into the river, and pulled her out. She flew back to the cave and set her down gently, drying her off with her wing and putting her next to the fire so that she could warm up after being in the cold canyon. Wake up, child, wake up. she urged her, shaking her shoulder with her beak. Wake up! Wake up!

Nicole couldn't feel anything it was only complete darkness. It was horrible no sight, no sound, no anything. She couldn't feel anything at all. It was like dying but a lot worse she would of rather taken the pain than this. "You waste your time we will die" Sevona spoke inside her. "If we are going to die i wish it would happen soon." was all Nicole could say. Sevona chuckled to herself this girl was pathetic it was only a spell she had placed on her to make this feel like death the truth though was that the spell would cause an illusion on the outside and inside of her body looking like death. THe real deal was that as soon as the griffin left the spell would brake and Sevona would take Nicole's body and hed straight for Lamont.

Wake up! Anna pleaded, shaking her shoulder again. Wake up! It was no use. She seemed almost deathly. Annabelle turned her over onto her belly and tapped twice on her back, letting the river water flow out of the girl's mouth. Wake up, Child! she begged. Finally, Anna tried to speak. It sounded more like croaking, but she didn't care. "Wake up, Nicole!" Anna shouted. "Wake up!" the griffin felt a tear roll down her face and land on the girl. She fet responsible for this. "Wake up!" she croaked again painfully. Anna rested her head over the child's body, watching her. Wake up... she pleaded in her mind again as another tear fell.

Nicole still felt horrible. THe darkness had gotten even worse now almost driving her crazy. Sevona laughed "you are so pathetic letting only a little darkness scare you." Sevona planned to let the darkness consume Nicole turning her into nothing so she wouldn't be bothered by the stupid girls fears anymore. Sevona just sat back waiting it was taking longer than she thought for the griffin to give up. If the griffin wouldn't leave Sevona would have no choice but to force her. It would be easy to minipulated Nicole now she had already lost her will to fight. Sevona would wait a few more minutes if the griffin left fine, if she stayed Sevona would release her full powers on the griffin including her true form which would tear Nicole's body to shreads.

Anna drug the body outside and let the raindrops spill over the girl's face as she tried to wake her up. Then she brought Nicole back inside and tried to talk again. "I know that you can hear me," she began, "And you have to wake up." It hurt her throat to talk, but she pushed the pain aside as best she could. "You have to wake up." repeated the animal. Annabelle preened the girl's hair, like mother griffins often did to their children. "Wake up child." she repeated. "You have to open your eyes."

"I am starting ot really get annoyed at that stupid animal."Sevona said it had been 10 minutes and still the griffin stayed. "Hey nicole." Sevona started. Nicole didn't answer she didn't even feel anything anymore she was as lifeless as a rag doll. "Perfect."Sevona said as Nicole didn't respond it was definitally time to open her eyes. Sevona groaned making sure that her eyes remained the hazel green Nicole had. "Anna?" she silently wispered in Nicole's tone hoping to throw off all suspition. "What......what happened?" SEvona chuckled in her head this was way to easy as she relaxed her emotions to that of someone who had no idea what was going on.

Anna looked hopeful. "That wretch took you over again." she croaked, but then stopped. This wasn't the girl. Nicole had known that she had killed the woman. She hadn't been clueless like this. Anna hid her knowledge though. So long as the demon stayed calm like this, Nicole had a better chance of shaking Sevona off. The beast placed one paw over the child's back so that she couldn't move. She thought quickly for an explanation. "You may have broken something when you fell. Don't try and move anything." Anna said.

Sevona growled inside "how has she already found me out!" she said in her head. The wieght of the griffin's paw would be easy to lift but not for nicole. "Maybe i'll play this game a little longer and see what i get." Sevona thought. "I don't remember anything after his voice in my head." Sevona started. "Did the other me get out again? Oh no Did i hurt you?" Sevona made her voice pleading this was deffinitally what the girl would say. "First that lady and now you too?" Sevona made her shoulders shake as teaars fell down her face. "Please Anna just crush me crush me now so that i won't hurt anyone else." Sevona begged hoping to get Nicole's act just right.

"Yes and yes again." Anna said. "You kicked me, but I'm fine. And no, I won't crush you." she said, trying to sound sweet as she spoke to the horrible demon. Annabelle watched her carefully.

"Please Anna i don't want to hurtt anyone else." SEevona pleaded. She didn't wan't to change just yet. "My act is doing nothing." she thought to herself. "THe griffin must be trying to get nicole to come up." Sevona thought to herself. Sevona chuckled nicole had all but dissapeared. "Come to think of it i really doon't want to die just yet." Sevona spoke still nicole's tone but Sevona's eyes and strenght. Sevona easily removed the griffin's foot and backed up to the side of the cave her back against the wall.

"Have it your way then." Anna hissed with her terrible voice. It had once been so pretty, but since Cotnar had gotten to her, it was dreadful. Maybe it would heal. Anna could only pray for it. But now, she snatched the demon and flew out of the cave, holding her over the canyon again. Face down. The river had risen some, and Anna flew higher. "Let Nicole free." she demanded. "Let her free, right now!"

Sevona said nothing aas the griffin did her height thing again but his time nothing bothered sevona no fear, no desperation, nothing. "Listen Anna lets talk. Besides it is not like i can do anything for nicole she just disappeared she wont respond to me at all." Sevona spoke the truth for once in her life and she hated it it made her mouht burn. Sevona looked up at Anna "or you can drop me and we go back to square one though eighter probably won't help Nicole, but the second one is a lot easier." She paused waiting for the griffin's choice.

"Fine." Anna grumbled. "Speak then. What have you to say?" she flapped her wings, hovering the air as she waited. Her throat was burning now, and the griffin decided to go back to thinking things for their conversation. Where's Nicole? What have you done with her?

"As i have told you i have nothing to do with that pathetic girl." Sevona said trying not to lose her temper. Sevona smirked she really didn't feel like getting into a conversation with the griffin shse wasn't that type of demon. "Any other questions you have." Sevona smirked as her fangs began to grow involentary.
