"Oh," She said stopping for a moment and dropping her head. Her hand went to her stomach, though she wasn't even conscicnce that her hand had even moved, as if it had happened by instinct or reflex. She should have been the one carrying the child not susan. "How can you be sure?" She asked not wanting to believe it.

"She told me that I must make my child and we did." Caspian said, pride and happiness still in his voice. "She's pregnant. And it's mine." He let his mind trail for a moment, thinking of her and the baby that she carried, but then shook his head. Caspian turned back to Katrina, about to ask her where she thought Lamont might be hiding just so he could get a second opinion, when he saw her holding her stomach. "No way." he said flattly. "Not you. I love Susan, and that's it. Nobody else. Don't you even think those kind of things." he said, though his voice wasn't as harsh as it had been. Caspian did feel a bit of pity for her, but pushed it away when he remembered that she had put Susan's life at risk and invaded his mind.

"Just because you made love dosen't mean the child has been concieved," She argued. But when he looked back at her, her head dropped again and she muttered something in elven that he couldn't hear anf wouldn't understand if he did. It wasn't words of magic, only those of thought and nothing happened around them because of it. "I know, but it dose not hurt to dream of lost dreams. When she left you those nights ago do not stand and tell me you did not dream of her at your side once more. Just as you did there so will I for all time"

"Alright." Caspian said. And he kept walking. This poor crazy girl. Why was she so in love with him? Stupid dark magic, claiming seemingly everyone's mind lately. Peter's, Susan's, and now Katy's. Though her case was different from Peter or Susan's. Peter was controlled, and Susan kind of was too, though it was more so the Dark Island's voice that bothered her. But Katy's mind had been completely messed up. Her memories thrown every which way. It was sad. But Caspian couldn't do anything about it. He kept walking fast. "Where would you look for Lamont?" he asked her opinion, so that he could compare it to his own.

"Lamont uses magic similar to a rarely used wand-wielding trick. The trick uses enchanted power that is thrown into a fireplace making the flames green and harmless. When the wand weilder stepps into the flames and speaks where they want to go they are there within a few seconds. But this can only be done by linking fireplace to fireplace so we don't need it very often. But Lamont spell engulfs him in fire that can carry anwhere in any realm. When he uses his fire he is impossible to track. But, if it is my place to ask, why would we need Lamont? Powerful as he is it was not the boy I senced in you but a unicorn."

"We don't need Lamont." he answered, closing his eyes for a moment and then deciding in a direction to travel, heading off towards the mountains again where they had been before. "But Susan is with him. Nevermind the Unicorn."

"Nevermind the unicorn?" She stopped unable to understand, "I tell you that the demon that is distorting your mind and could attack Susan is a unicorn and you don't care. It dosn't matter where Susan is, the magic must be cut off from the source nothing else. I don't care how many demons put their strength into the boy he is not where we must go. The unicorn is what needs to be stopped; the unicorn is what needs to die."

"Then let us kill the unicorn!" he said, raising his hands in the air in frustration. He continued to walk in the same direction. It had been a random choice anyway. "You lead the way, Murderer." he said, falling back and letting her lead. "I don't know where I'm going."

Katrina nodded and continued but turned through another pathway that lead to the stables. The flow of energy she could feel linking the unicorn to Caspian was what she followed. When she entered she would have raised her wand and sent a spell to immobolise the enemy. Instead she relied on her weak magic. The unicorn looked up from polishing her horn on her dark flank. Her ears perked and her nostrils flared at the sight of them, but something in their scent told her something was not as it should be and she was still. "rïsa un sitja." The unicorn stood to her hooves, balancing on three because of some punishment of her father. She looked to Caspian once more. "Has something gone wrong brother?"

Caspian ran to his sister happily. "Yes." he said. "Maybe you can help us." he scratched behind her ears, to which he saw her eyes close in pleasure of being loved rather than beaten. The King looked to Katrina. His sister wasn't the unicorn. She herself was only young, and the voices had been bothering Susan long before even Secret's birth. There was some other unicorn here, but it was hiding.

"Caspian," She called to him, "gánga." He would have to obey her magic, at least to the point where he would stand beside her, if not behind. The filly whinnied for her brother but the spell Katrina used earlier held her in place. Not even when he scratched her ears did she move. "She is our traitor"

"No she's not!" Caspian yelled. "What are you doing?" he tried to move his feet, but could not. "Secret!" he shouted for her. "That's my sister! She couldn't have done anything to Susan! Susan was being bothered far long before her birth, even Galen's. It started not days after he was conceived at the Dark Ilse. Don't hurt my sister, she hasn't done anything!" he roared, reaching his hand out towards Katrina as if by hitting her or touching her she would let the unicorn go. But he was too far away. The elf was out of reach. "Don't be stupid!"

"I'm not being stupid," she looked back at Caspian wanting to apologize for what happened. She knew the spellcaster was a black unicorn, and a young one too, but she had not come to let herself realize it was Agrona herself, the very unicorn she had worked to rescue. Katara let herself draw on the unicorn's naturaly vast amount of magic energy and used it to keep her in place. All that could move on the unicorn was her eyes that stared only at the floor. "You know what happened don't you?"

"Stop it!" Caspian was scrambling for his sister, but his legs were locked. "Katrina, I swear! Let me out of this! She's innocent! You're being dumb! She couldn't possibly have done anything! Blocking memories? Is that was this is? You said that a dark magic was blocking my memories of you. Well guess what! Secret wasn't even alive then! Not even conceived! You foolish elf, don't you see! We have no memories together. All that you've done is angered some other unicorn and now Susan is in danger because of that. And now you hold my sister. Let me go!"

It hurt her to face away from him. His cries hurt her heart, but she knew he was wrong. Magic did not lie and in it's never-ending truth had lead her here. "You acted alone?" She asked the foal. When she said nothing Katrina responded, "néiat hljödhr." She repeated her question and the foal spoke, though her body remained still. "I did." Katrina nodded and went to her next question "Who was it that helped you?" The foal's responce was a single word, "Viafot." Katrina nodded again hoping some of this would get through to Caspian, "And who is Viafot?" She answered again without hesitation, "He is the eldest of my brothers, the black flying centaur." "and why did he lead you to do this?" "so that he would not be followed through the magic that linked him to young Caspian and his gentle lover Susan." "stydja" Katrina said and the unicorn lowered herself onto her knees once more with her head on her hooves and her ears stayed raised as she listened. "Now do you understand?"
