Character's Full Name:
Nadia Serenity Vimir
Character Model:
Alexis Bledel
Species:
Iyce Enchanter (Not sure what to call it, lol)-- A selective born number of the Ice Nomads have those that have the ability to some some type of compulsion technique. Sort of like a spell, but it isn't. This is the one detail that doesn't classify Sophia as a Human-- though she technically is.
Nicknames:
Seri, Di.
Appearance:
Since being born from in Iyce Tribe, Nadia of course has inherited the usual pale white skin. Though all of her people have a jade green color, Nadia was born with blazing-- very vivid-- icy blue eyes that of course made her stand out amoungest her people. Not to mention she is a lot thinner than the rest too. The usual Iyce Tribe height is fairly tall, but Nadia is oddly shorter than the rest... 5'4 to be exact.
Personality:
Nadia can be a very adventurous girl when it comes to traveling, she's not scared to do something and she usually doesn't think before she acts. Her personal is very calming and gentle-- but at the same time it's untamed and challenging to understand her strange mood shifts. Normally a parent would mention the Puberty, but for Nadia that isn't the case at all.
Alliance:
Nadia doesn't exactly have a side, the Iyce People tend to keep to their own troubles. But since Nadia is different than her people she would be on the good side. HOWEVER, considering Nadia's powers are meant for evil-- it is possible that she will get herself confused and end up following the wrong people. Hence why the Iyce people tend to keep to themselves. Nadia is just a free spirit that is willing to help-- so that would mean she is a Narnian Warrior.
Likes:
Cold areas, adventures, new places, learning all the forms of her compulsion, lollipops, dancing, the moon, water, ice.
Dislikes:
Heated areas, fire, dry areas, being in the same place for too long, early mornings, strawberries, messing up on compulsion.
Character Background:
Just as the Talmarines, the Iyceists' where nomadic tribes in modern day Siberia, Russia. On an expedition, Nadia's Great-Great-Great Grandmother (also a rebellious spirit like Nadia herself) found an ever lasting tree in the middle of a clearing. Now in this Icy part of Siberia, it's extremely impossible to find a tree with fresh brown bark and healthy green leaves. Also, the tree twisted to a point that from the root to the side of the average human size there was an opening (Think of the exact tree that Susan, Lucy and everybody went back to their world through) that seemed to lead to another world. And since the Iyceist had a shortage of food and didn't seem to be surviving in the icy tundra-- Nadia's GGGgrandmother told her people of the Green tree and they've been in Narnia ever since.
Nadia was born around-- well, about 2 years-- after King Caspian was born. And since her GGG-Grandmother found the Iyceists' new home-- the Vimir family became the leaders. This making Nadia sort of like a Princess, if you will. Though knowing Nadia-- she doesn't see herself that way.
In the Iycian History, Nadia's GGG-Grandmother talked about a talking Lion that gave her magical powers so she could lead her people safely through Narnia-- it turned out that these powers were able to be inherited. The Iycians called the Vimir family, "Enchanters" because they had power over elements and mind.
Nadia in particular was the strangest of the Vimir family. Unlike her family that received the powers of pure good and peace-- Nadia somehow got powers that could ruin her people and anyone she held dear.
Now, after a brutal attack from the Telmarines, Nadia lost her parents and demands answers on her powers. She wants to learn about them-- but at the same time she wants to learn how to use them for good like they were intended instead of the evil they come across as.
Character Family:
Great-Great-Great Grandmother; Sera Vimir--She was the woman that found Narnia back in Human world Russia and lead her people to a better life that the cruel temperatures of Russia. Because of her, the Vimir family became "Royal" amongest the other Iyceist people.
Mother; Vasilissa Vimir-- She is Nadia's mother, said to be the most beautiful of the Xibier Family Daughters. She followed in her GG-Grandmother's footsteps and kept the dream of using their powers of compulsion only in peaceful ways. Vasilissa was killed by the Telmarines when Nadia was 7.
Father; Caius Vimir-- He is Nadia's father, said to be the man of wisdom during his life. He married Vasilissa when he was 18, Lissa was only 16-- the usual age for Iycian women to marry. He instantly fell in love with her because of her bravery and caring soul. However, Caius too died in the Telmarines attack when Nadia was 7.
Special Power:
Nadia uses a special Compulsion that allows the darkest part of her to unleash itself and can be a killing machine when she looses control of herself. When Nadia's emotions get out of control, her eyes will turn a slight reddish-pink and violet color and with just a touch and a clear stare into her eyes she could kill you.
Though aside from the evil Nadia can look into a person's past and also change their emotion. However to change their emotion-- she has to find the right memory in their mind that is that emotion or else it won't work. On occasion when Nadia is in complete control-- that isn't the case. She can easily change the emotion without having to find a memory to match.
Other/Additional Info:
Umm... no, but I may change it later if something comes up xD
Sample Post:
"Son of a bitch!" she yelled in her irritation as her friend, Bryan, rubbed his head. Nadia couldn't believe this-- was she not as focused as Bryan said? She watched his eyes, trying to read the hurt expression, "Bryan, I'm sorr--"
"It's okay, Nadi. Just try again."
"But--"
"Try again." he said, reaching his hand out so she could take it.
Nadia hesitated a moment, debating weather she should do this again-- after all Bryan looked anything up alive right now. With a light sigh she took Bryan's hand and focused on his memories.
The wind picked up around the two kids, only 14 years old, causing Nadia's dark brown curls to shift with the flowing current. Her body flinched as the compulsion finally worked. Her mind shifting through Ryan's memories. Nadia could feel her hands tightening around Bryan's-- feeling her consentration slipping.
Then another shock.
Nadia gasped as she was thrown back from Bryan, landing hard on the ice. Her eyes paniced, she looked back at Bryan on the ground-- unmoving. Nadia's pale hand flew to her thin lips, worry and hurt filling her.
She scattered to Bryan's side; pressing her finger lightly to his eye lid and lifting slightly. His eyes seemed distant, completely gone. "N--no..." she whsipered, "B-Bryan?"
Bryan didn't answer her-- it was only untill she saw the vivid jade green light in his eyes got out. Nadia looked away, suspressing a scream with her hand. Bryan dead? She couldn't be! Nadia looked away, trying to make sence of this. She looked down at the icy covered lake studying her eyes in the reflection.
They were a vivid reddish-pink and violet cloud over now black pupils. S-She did kill Bryan.... she killed Bryan....
Despite herself, Nadia started screaming in horror. Her body shacking at every nerve in her system. Nadia's already pale skin started to turn ghostly in the wintery morning-- her eyes becomming just as distant as Bryan's where. Hurt filled her mind-- she couldn't handle this! Her best friend! She couldn't--
Aslan.
Nadia thought back to the books her mother showed her. Vasilissa talked about some huge talking Lion that gave the Vimir's their powers to guide their people. Would he have answers? Should Nadia go to the Narnians? Would they have answers to her inherited killing machine?
There was only one way to find out....
